My husband and I are excited to greet a tiny new addition to our family in May! I will begin maternity leave on April 18, 2022, and plan to be back to work in full force on August 1, 2022.
The first few weeks with my baby will definitely be an adjustment period, and I’m looking forward to devoting my time to her. Please note that I will rarely check my email nor will I be available for virtual/in-person sessions.
However, during my maternity leave, I still want to provide emotional support to my community. So I've gathered a list of free resources including digital apps, PDFs and podcasts to help you maintain your wellness!
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns regarding my maternity leave. I look forward to working with you full-time up until my maternity leave and again upon my return!
Thank you for all you positivity and grace during this time.
Peace and blessings,
